When my brothers and I first introduced Restaurant Bricco - this is what we said: Bricco is about my mother's spaghetti carbonara. On Sunday we would gather for dinner and no matter what was cooking in the pot, it was bound to be the sweet definition of "comfort food." No dish spoke to me about the comforts of home more than her spaghetti carbonara. So, when my brothers and I started Bricco, at its heart we knew it had to be all about comfort food. Fresh, simple and honest.
More than a decade later nothing has changed. We still craft every seasonal dish from "scratch." We still create dishes with a passion and dedication to using the freshest local ingredients. We still hold to essentials I learned from my mother and my uncle. I promise you this one thing: join us for lunch or dinner at Bricco and you'll feel like a part of our family.

"Awesome pasta specials", sophisticated entrees with an Italian flare" and "standout desserts" all emanate from the "open kitchen" of Billy Grant (among "West Hartford's best chef-owners"), which explains why reviewers rave "this one's a keeper"; "attentive" staffers manage the "bustling" scene "well", but "sometimes the wait is awful", as it accepts reservations for "large parties" only (six-plus)."
