We knew that Bricco was a success. People loved it. I loved it. But, I wanted to do more. I wanted to push some boundaries, articulate some of the newer trends in cooking. Have some fun in the kitchen and surprise people along the way.

So we decided to bring Grants to life.

Grants menu is a fusion of Italian and French cuisines that reflect a more sophisticated, modern dining experience. And it’s a feeling that begins as soon as you walk through the door. The interior design provides a distinctive European feel, which contributes significantly to setting the right atmosphere for new culinary discoveries.

It has opened up a whole new world of cooking opportunities for us.

Inspired by so many of our Greater Hartford customers, we decided that a refined and authentic menu would be welcomed. So we teased them with everything from Foie Gras to My Mom’s Veal Meat Loaf (there’s always room for tradition at Grants).

From Black Angus Gorgonzola encrusted Filet Mignon to our hand-crafted artisanal cheeses, every item on the menu is designed to inspire surprise and delight.
