imply put, Fran Marino is a genius.
Fran is a pastry chef extraordinaire. He’s been an integral part of our restaurant family for more than 10 years and his cakes and pastry selections are nothing short of works of art.

He has now been joined by Todd Laurito to form a dream team of pastry perfection. Sorry, I had to say that - cause it’s true.

They create magic for both Grants and Bricco and I’m sure that once you’ve tasted Fran’s fantastic Chocolate Caramel “Opera” cake or anything that Todd puts his signature on, you will smile in complete agreement.

For a decadent treat that you deserve on some cold, wintry night (like tonight) visit the Patisserie at Grants. All you will find is pastry perfection.
