We are delighted to be here in Glastonbury, as we grew up in East Hartford. Two of the three of us reside right here in town as well as our mom and many friends. We very much look forward to serving you in the coming days, weeks, months & years. Together with many talented people (designers, architects, builders, restaurant managers, chefs, wait staff and many others and of course our family) we tried to create an environment of comfort of an Italian farm house or vineyard home. We want you to feel very comfortable here and to enjoy the simple pleasure of eating with the ones you care about. Our service is intended to be polite, proper & polished. Our food is meant to be simple, fresh & delicious. We look forward to getting to know all of you.

Billy Grant
Owner, Restaurant Bricco and Grants
Billy Grant began his culinary career at the age of 14, working alongside his father and brothers at Augie & Rays in East Hartford. After college, he spent four years at the original Max on Main in Hartford and was the opening chef for Max Amore in Glastonbury. At 29, he partnered with his brothers to open Restaurant Bricco in West Hartford Center and in 2001 opened Grants Restaurant and Bar around the corner. Mr. Grant has won many “best chef” accolades and his award winning restaurants have earned mention on Oprah and in Esquire magazine. He is forged numerous charity alliances to befefit organizations like Share our Strength, March of dimes, leas foundation, Cherish the Children, American Diabetes, JDRF, and the Arthitis foundation.
